We all know what it is like to be stressed. It can be due to relationships, the economic climate, the demands of our job, or when we have to adapt to changes in our life.
Whatever the cause, stress takes a very real toll on our minds and bodies, and on our overall sense of wellbeing.
Since we cannot completely eliminate the external sources of stress in modern society, we we must find a healthier, more balanced, way of relating to them.
This site introduces you to a number of Courses and Workshops which respond to this need for balance.
The EIGHT-WEEK MBSR COURSE is a systematic training in a number of skills which allow you develop adaptive skills in response to the stresses in your life. OUR NEXT COURSE STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 8th 2010: We are currently taking applications.
