This course offers a space to explore our relationship with food and eating habits. We will focus on creating healthier ways to engage with these by increase our ability to really listen to our bodies and its needs. Each week we will develop our inner awareness and compliment it with activities to try in our daily lives. It is an opportunity to practice together, discuss theory and our experiences. Handouts and readings will be included – as well as some food!
