Mindfulness Retreat, with Boaz and Monica Feldman October 18 - 22, 2020
NeuroSystemics is an integrative methodology bridging ancient wisdom traditions, the latest neurosciences and systemics.
NeuroSystemics Mindfulness retreats provide a rich context of scientific conceptual frameworks and methods to connect to one’s direct experience. There are 4 main domains of practices proposed: silent mindfulness & dharma practices, community & belonging, neurobiologically-informed teachings & coaching as well as collective awakening & structural resilience.
The retreat will be taught by Monica and Boaz Feldman who are both trained in MBSR-MBCT and spent years in silent solitary practice in different meditation centers and monasteries. In addition, a team of trained professionals in psychobiological systemics will be coaching individuals in 1:1 sessions and holding the retreat space.
This retreat is a precious opportunity to practice with Monica and Boaz who are both spending most of 2020 on silent meditation retreat.
