Day-long meditation retreat on
Compassion

Picture
This day-long mindfulness meditation retreat is a wonderful opportunity to deepen practices of mindfulness and compassion. This is a silent meditation retreat and throughout the day Stephen and Christine will give talks on compassion, guide sitting and walking meditation and lead gentle movement practices. There will be time for sharing as well.

Stephen has been practicing meditation for nearly 30 years, providing mindfulness-based stress reduction courses for the past seven years as a qualified MBSR instructor, and leading Buddhist study and meditation courses since 2016.

Christine has been practicing mindfulness since her teens and has been trained in various forms of meditation, including a CAS in mindfulness based interventions at the university in Geneva. She is a yoga teacher and massage therapist.
