Our short Drop-in sessions were initiated during the Covid lockdown to create for a space for people to connect and sit together. We are very happy to continue them and bring moments of connection to ourselves and others in our busy lives.
We are often going outside and rushing around, here is an opportunity to slow down, reflect and "go inside".
